Andrea Marie Rehm
Andrea Rehm began training at the Louisville Ballet School under the direction of Helen Starr. She enrolled at Interlochen Arts Acadamy, a high school for the fine and performing arts, as a dance major. Upon graduation, she was offered a scholarship to the University of Hartford’s conservatory program, The Hartt School, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BFA in Ballet Pedagogy. After graduating, she danced with the Louisville Ballet and taught on faculty at The Louisville Ballet School. The following year she danced with Nashville Ballet, where she was a member of Nashville Ballet II. Most recently, Andrea had the opportunity to perform at Ballet Builders, a choreographic showcase at the Ailey Theater in New York City with Ballet Quad Cities. Her most memorable role to date was dancing in Deanna Carter's Ash to Glass; selected and performed for Ballet Builders 2010. Most recently, she has broadened her interest in Pilates and is receiving her certification as an instructor. Andrea is in her second season dancing with Ballet Quad Cities.
