Jason Gomez
Jason Gomez began dancing in his hometown of San Antonio, Texas, and began his formal training at the Southern Academy of Ballet Arts in Tallahassee, Florida with Charles Hagan and Natalia Botha. His training also includes studying with the ballet faculty at Florida State University, studying on scholarship with The Nutmeg Conservatory, and The Joffrey Workshop including such faculty as Eleanor D'Antuono, Kevin Martin, Diane Orio, Trinette Singleton, and Willy Shives. Mr. Gomez has danced with Pas de Vie Ballet and Ballet San Antonio as a soloist, and with Ballet Theatre South as a Guest Artist. In addition, he has guest danced with Tallahassee Ballet as “Demetrius” in A Midsummer Night's Dream and as “Arabian” and “Sugar Plum Cavalier” in the Fort Wayne Ballet production of The Nutcracker. This is his second season with Ballet Quad Cities.
