Join BQC on the lawn of The Outing Club for a Children's Day at the Ballet event. Interact with the professional dancers of BQC and enjoy face painting, lawn games, treats, storytelling and more followed by the main event: a 30-minute performance of “Dex The Heart of a Hero”. Meet Dex and discover how you can be a hero!

Ballet on the Lawn kicks off our 28th season! Enjoy our outdoor entertainment on the beautiful grounds of Davenport’s historic The Outing Club. This one-hour season opener features new choreography, guest choreographers, lively music, plus all your favorite company dancers. Beverages and charcuterie picnic boxes are available for purchase. Please bring your lawn chairs and blankets!

Love comes in all different shapes, sizes and experiences. An all-new Love Stories featuring “Carmen” takes the Galvin Fine Arts Center stage in February. Join Carmen and Don Jose in the quaint town of Seville as their passion for each other unfolds and ends in tragedy.
The Firebird

Courtney Lyon’s version of this classic Russian Fairytale is full of good, evil, magic and romance. “The Firebird” tells the story of the handsome Prince Ivan, his beautiful princess and the magical firebird who saves them! Fans of Igor Stravinsky will love the music as well as the dance.
