Registration $40 per student $50 per family

Tuition and fees

Registration form and yearly $40 registration fee are due at the time of enrollment. Monthly tuition is due at the first class of each month. If you choose to pay late, don’t forget to add the $25 late fee to your tuition. Exact cash or check ONLY should be placed in an envelope with dancer’s name and level marked clearly on the envelope and the memo line of the check and given to the instructor. Checks must be made out to, “Ballet Quad Cities School of Dance,” and NOT “Ballet Quad Cities,” the professional nonprofit organization. If you are paying partial tuition, clearly identify the amount and classes.

Creative Movement $50

Ballet 1 - $60 add tap $95

Tap 1/2 only -$40

Ballet 2 - $70 add tap $105

Ballet 3A- $90 add tap $140

Tap 3A/4A only - $70

Ballet 4A - $150 add tap - $190

Preparatory Division

Ballet 5 all classes - $250

Ballet 5 add 2 style classes (tap, jazz or modern) - $230

Ballet 5 add 1 style class (tap, jazz or modern) $200

Ballet 5 only - $175

Ballet 6/7 all classes - $350

Ballet 6/7 add 2 style classes (tap, jazz or modern) - $330

Ballet 6/7 add 1 style class (tap, jazz or modern) - $300

Ballet 6/7 ballet only $250

Jazz 5/6/7 - $70

Tap 5/6/7 - $70

Modern 5/6/7 - $70

Adult Classes

Adult Ballet $150 for 10 week session

Adult Line Dancing 101 $120 for 8 week session

Class Drop-in $20 (must be paid at time of class)

Please note there are no refunds on registration fees or tuition.
